Founded in 2019, novomind messaging GmbH develops intelligent commerce and customer service messaging solutions designed to make it easier to use messenger services in business by focusing on the messaging needs of customers. novomind messaging GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of novomind AG. The managing directors are Stefan Grieben and Frank Wulf.

Our parent company, novomind AG, is a technology leader in Europe with 20 years of experience in development of customer service solutions and shop systems. This makes us a specialist in connecting the two worlds, offering users of messaging solutions real added value.

Management of the company

Stefan Grieben,

As Chief Executive Officer at novomind AG, Stefan Grieben has been responsible for strategic corporate management since 2022. He is also responsible for the areas of Human Resources, Sales and Research & Development in the Customer Service business division.

After studying business informatics, Stefan Grieben began his career at novomind AG as a software engineer in 2000. A short time after joining the company, he took on additional tasks in sales as an e-commerce project manager. Stefan Grieben has been a member of the novomind management team since 2006 and was appointed to the Executive Board in January 2012.

Frank Wulf,

Frank Wulf, co-manages novomind messaging GmbH with Stefan Grieben. Founded in February 2019, the company is a subsidiary of novomind AG. He is also Director of IT Service Operations at novomind AG, where he has been responsible for operations since 2011. He has a wealth of experience in e-commerce and internet technology. Frank graduated with a degree in business informatics and began his career working for a mail order company, his last position being an authorised officer of an e-commerce subsidiary. In 2001, he undertook the management of a technology service provider in the media industry, where he was responsible for the service-oriented operation of complex IT structures.
