novomind customers can now swiftly and easily integrate modules of the web-based novomind iAGENT customer service software into their corporate mobile apps; the efficient novomind iAGENT Mobile Software Development Kit (SDK) offers this option for the Help, Mail and Chat modules. The solutions library is available for iOS and Android apps.

novomind iAGENT is the customer service software center, developed and constantly expanded by novomind. It bundles all customer channels into modules for chat, mail, claim and call. The platform also makes available a chatbot or intelligent FAQ system for self-service help.

The swift and simple integration of the novomind iAGENT Help, Mail and Chat modules into mobile apps covers different communication channels. An FAQ centre and virtual consultants can be integrated into the novomind iAGENT Help module, while a contact form may be integrated into the novomind iAGENT Mail module. The novomind iAGENT Chat module allows offering live chat advice either text-based or in real time as a video chat. Customers of all modules are provided with a configurable user interface which allows them to adjust the design at any time.
